Halloween Activities-Let’s talk about it

Hey folks! I hope you all are doing well and staying safe. I am so sorry that I haven’t been posting for a while (once again, I have been busy oops). I might starting posting only on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, but that topic is for another day.

Moving on, one thing I love to do with my mom and younger brother is engaging activities!

I have also been planning activities for some clubs I am part of, so I think it’s kinda obvious that I love doing all sorts of fun and interative activities!

Although, most of the activities I have been planning are virtual and most of them are related to helping the planet (blog post on that coming later) and books, I have tried my best to see some Halloween related ones too.

Note: These activities are not the most original and have probably been done before.

  1. Leaf painting.

For this all you’re gonna need is a canvas (or some paper), leaves, and paint. All you have to do is put the paint on the leaf and press it on the canvas/paper.

2. Vampire pumpkin.

Now, this is more of a pumpkin carving idea but I think it’s so cute! All you do is carve out the bottom part of a pumpkin (preferbally a small one), insert fake vampire teeth, and glue on some eyes!

3. Ghost banner.

For this one all you need is some paper, a pencil, and scissors. All you have to do is trace out a ghost, cut it out, and voila!

4. Colorful roses.

This may not be that Halloween themed, but can help contribute to a darker theme. All you need is some paper and scissors. Here is the tutorial.

5. Volcanic pumpkin.

This one is a great science experiment for kids and is so fun to watch! All you need is a carved pumpkin or a toilet paper roll, hydrogen peroxide, dry yeast, dish soap, and food color (optional). Here is the tutorial for it.

6. Spider pumpkin.

This is another pumpkin one, but all you need for this craft is a pumpkin, black paint, googly eyes, and chenille. All you need to do is paint the pumpkin black, cut the chenille into tiny pieces, glue and glue the googly eyes and chenille. Check out this article for more steps and the final picture!

I hope you all enjoyed this! I’m sorry that this may have been a sort blog post, but I promise I have more in store! Please remember that you are loved and will forever be valid.
