Hey folks! I hope all of you are doing well and staying safe. Sorry I haven’t posted for a while, but here I am back again. Anyway, for this post I am going to be talking about things I am going to start doing on a daily basis.
I know this might be a bit of a boring post, but it is what it is I guess. You do not have to do these since these are just things that I want to add into my routine. Feel free to use these inspiration if you all want to :))Journal. This is honestly a great stress reliever for me. I actually used to make lists on random thins when I was younger. It would help calm me down (little me with mood swings was not fun to be around.) and still does to this day, of course I try to make them a little more artistic now.
- Plan out my day. Although, I don’t like to write down the times, I love to write down everything that I want to get done that day. I use an old planner where I just draw a bunch of lines and split it between my agenda and to-do list.
- Check out my goals. I know I have mentioned this before, but seriously reminding yourself of what you plan on achieving is a great refresher! This may be over the top, but I have a separate notebook for my goals, where I have my weekly and monthly goals written down and how I plan on achieving them.
- Practice some sort of self-care. As I said in one of my older posts, self-care can be as simple as taking a shower. Even if I may not be able to do a face mask or something, I try my best to at least take a shower or even just take a minute (or a few minutes) to take a breather and do something I like.
- Talk to a family member/friend. With so much going on, with our personal lives and with the pandemic, it can be hard to talk to people and some people may have cancelled plans with their friends or family, but that doesn’t have to mean that you never talk to them. Even if it is a simple conversation, it’s still nice to reach out.
